As part of our service, we have a Quality Assurance team, based at our Head Office in Borehamwood. It is their job to review and compare the completed transcription or copy-typed document with the original to ensure the work by our typists, meets your exacting standards.

The QA team have in-depth knowledge in their areas of expertise and we offer quality checking across a breadth of sectors and specialities within those sectors. They strive to ensure errors in typed documentation are eliminated, so that transcriptions achieve the levels of accuracy you demand and we expect, first time, every time.
